The activities in this section are beneficial for MEMORY because...
Working on the activities in the memory section challenges your brain to retrieve and recall stored information but also awakens your VISUAL memory of past events. These may be recent recollections or decades old remembrances. Sharing stories with your fellow students is mapping the collective memory of the group. Musical memories, taste, smell and tactile memories can all be recalled. Memories, both good and bad, may be revisited. They are all valuable to the creative process. Manual strength and dexterity will be challenged by manipulating a variety of malleable supplies. 2D and 3D dimensions will be explored. Problem solving is necessary when restrictions limit color choice, verbal composition, subject matter and historical events.

These 4 images show completed activities by some of my class participants. However, my teachings are not about finished projects but the fun along the way and the healing process of actually creating the activity step by step.
